Are there enough hotels within a 20-minute drive of the host site to accommodate 2 football teams and spectators? *

List the names, addresses, and phone numbers of all available and acceptable hotels within a 20-minute drive from host site. *

Are there enough restaurants within a 20-minute drive of the host site to accommodate 2 football teams and spectators? *

List the names, addresses, and phone numbers of acceptable fast-food and sit-down restaurants within a 20-minute drive from the host site. *

What is the comfortable seating capacity of the stadium? *

Describe the stadium details. Does the stadium have bleachers on both sides, sides and ends, only one side? Is a press box available for both team's use? Is the field a turf field? Is the scoreboard in good working order? *

Will you have a live stream broadcast for the championship game? Describe the set up for those broadcasts. *

Example: live stream will be done from crows nest located on the visitor's side of the field, live stream will be done from first row of the bleachers, etc.

Does your stadium have hard line telephone and internet capabilities for radio broadcasts? Describe the location available for radio broadcasts. *

Example: space for 2 separate radio broadcasts in the press box; radio broadcasts will be done from bleachers; etc.

Does the main scoreboard in your stadium list any additional stats during the game (player or team)? *

Is there a videoboard in the stadium? If so, is it separate from the scoreboard? *

Describe the locker rooms available for use during the game. *

Example: 4 large locker rooms with showers, lockers, whiteboard, and game clock are available; 2 small locker rooms are available but no shower facilities are available.

Will there be a separate locker room for officials? Please describe. *

A certified athletic trainer is required to be provided before, during, and after the game to oversee the training room. Each team will provide their own trainer for on-field incidents. Will a trainer be hired for the game (list the provider) or does the college already employ one who will be available for the duration of the game? *

Please describe training room facilities, location, and services that will be provided. *

Example: Training room will be open two hours prior to kickoff; students will need to see trainer in the east corner of the field; all supplies will be provided; each team will bring their own supplies; no modalities will be available; e-stim and ultrasound will be available between 11 AM-Noon only; etc.

An emergency crew is expected to be at the game. Where will the emergency/ambulance crew be located? *

Will a concession stand be open and fully stocked during the duration of the game? *

Will a hospitality room for coaches, officials, and game personnel be provided? *

Describe individuals that will be hired to run the game operations. *

Example: stats people have done this for 20-years; students are hired for stats; scoreboard operator has operated the scoreboard for 10 seasons; announcer and play-clock operator are the same person; etc.

Programs with team photos and rosters for each team are expected. Who will be designing the game program? *

Example: college marketing office; AD will put them together; rosters will be cut and pasted from websites; etc.
